Puss wasn't wearing a collar when he was missing. We say cats don't like collars & will get them off by all means. While we hear about some other BLACK CATS appearing in the area PUSS was lost, I keep on thinking how wonderful if their owners could put collars on them then we could easily identify PUSS being the only one left without a collar; if there are no feral black cats around.
But how would a owner make his or her cat unhappy just to help you find your lost cat?
